Ethan Martin, M.S.

Ethan founded Lead 3C to help business leaders accelerate results by growing their people. He believes that confidence and clarity are achieved when people become more of their authentic selves both at work and at home.

Ethan has always been fascinated with applying psychological principles to a business context. This interest is what prompted him to earn his Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Xavier University. His interest in workplace excellence became his driving passion while consulting internally and externally for companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 100 list. It is through these experiences that he has developed methods for helping others increase workplace effectiveness, create clear organizational cultures, and heighten their emotional intelligence.

Today, Ethan works alongside his clients helping them drive organizational change. His purpose is helping leaders from all walks of life master core abilities that create their best life, both personally and professionally. Ethan is actively working with industry leaders to elevate their effectiveness. He works closely with his clients to help them design the life they want by reinforcing the mantra, Simple Actions, Done Daily. Through a unique blend of performance coaching, interactive trainings, and facilitation, Ethan helps his clients achieve abundantly more than they originally thought possible.
